GATEWAYCCTV.COM’S RETURNS POLICY
GATEWAY CCTV will allow replacement/refund of products in following cases:
- Wrong item, colour, quantity or material related issues.
- Defective product
- Damaged product, or
- Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.
If you have received a damaged product or any item is missing or for any other reason you want to return product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at our helpline number or email at email@example.com
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy
- Product is used/worn or altered
- Physical damaged box or product
- If returned without original packaging and accessories
- If sealed package of branded products is open
- In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, the free gift is to be returned with the product.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your returns are approved, then your refund/replacement will be processed.
In case of replacement we will send you same product as replacement of your order.
In case of refund, we will credit the amount you paid for the products in your bank account within 10 to 14 days.
Refund will be applicable only if Product is no longer available or out of stock.

Depending on your location, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.500, you will have to use a premium courier service where shipment can be tracked.
While, we make every effort to ship out orders that have been successfully placed with gatewaycctv.com, there might be certain products/orders which we are unable to deliver due to technical reasons and have to cancel the order in part or in full.
We will contact you in such case or if any additional information is required to process your order.If your order is cancelled after the payment has been processed, the entire amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
Please contact our Customer Care in case you wish to cancel the Order.If Gateway CCTV receives a cancellation request from the customer before the order is processed, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you as soon as possible. We will not be able to cancel the order if already processed and shipped out by us.
Cancellation of any order in part or full is subject to the management decision for the reason provided by customer.
